Return Policy

It's important to us that you love your purchase. If you don't love your Ellie purchase for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of your order. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that $5 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping.

Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse. Refunds to credit cards will appear within one billing statement.

3-month subscribers will receive a credit for a box on their prepaid subscription plan as we do not issue refunds on prepaid boxes. 

Please note: All sale items, water bottles, undergarments, and headwear are final sale.

 

Returning a collection

  1. Contact our returns team for a prepaid return label at support@ellie.com.
  2. Confirm all your return details. Be sure to include your order number and reason for your return.
  3. Download and print your pre-paid return label and packing slip.
  4. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and packing slip in a shipping envelope or box.
  5. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office location. 

 

Exchange an Item 

Exchanges are only done for a different size. If you are interested in making an exchange please email support@ellie.com with the item you are looking to exchange and the new size you are requesting and they will be more than happy to walk you through the process.
