Sculpting Band Workout
- Jumping Squat - 30 seconds - 3 sets
- Row - 30 seconds - 3 sets
- Core Twist - 30 seconds - 3 sets
- Resistant Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds - 3 sets
- Plank Tap Outs - 30 seconds - 3 sets
- Bicep Curls - 16 reps - 3 sets
- Lateral Raises - 16 reps - 3 sets
