Detox your 2017 and start 2018 feeling fresh!
Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your health. It helps flush the toxins from your colon and speeds up your metabolism. Detox waters are a combination of various fruits, vegetables and herbs.
We have three of our favorite healthy detox waters that are sure to have you feeling your best self and ready to start 2018!
Orange, Blueberries, & Mint
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serving size: One 8oz glass
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries, whole
- Mint leaves, to taste
- Ice
1. Mix all ingredients into a pitcher.
2. Allow the ingredients to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for best results (and better taste!)
Orange, Strawberries, & Basil
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serving size: One 8oz glass
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 1 orange, sliced
- 6-8 strawberries, sliced
- Basil leaves, to taste
- Ice
1. Mix all ingredients into a pitcher.
